Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
